We sell vintage rugs and luxury carpets through our online store.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure information is accurate, minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to update product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR and include applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise.
The final price, including all mandatory taxes and shipping fees, will be calculated and displayed in full during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by email.
4. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acts as acknowledgment of your request and does not constitute acceptance of the order. The acceptance of your order is complete when the product is shipped and you receive a shipment confirmation email.

- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2+- business days. The daily order cut-off time for processing is 2:00 PM.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time is estimated to be 3 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Shipping Availability: Shipping is available to France. We currently do not ship worldwide.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather).
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a clear return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
You may request a return within 30 Days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Due to the nature of intimate apparel, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at christianbigmarcus78@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at christianbigmarcus78@gmail.com immediately, but no later than 30 days after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
